NO SCHOOL next week, November 23-27, due to Fall Break. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Individuals associated with the Glenwood School District have tested positive for Coronavirus. To ensure the safety and welfare of our students, we have made the decision to move to distance learning after this school day concludes. School will be closed from October 29th-November 6th. We will resume regular seated instruction on Monday, November 9th. Learning packets are being sent home today with all students for the days we will be closed. These packets will include daily work that students are responsible for completing, and teachers will be available to assist students each day with completing the assignments. Teachers will be in contact with parents about the procedures specific to their grade level. Packets will be turned in on Monday, November 9th, when school resumes. All extra-curricular activities will be canceled during this closure as well. Transportation will still be provided for all Glenwood high school students. Thank you.

We would like to let parents and students know that school will resume on Tuesday, September 8th. Baseball and softball practice will resume on Tuesday after school as well. Masks or face coverings will not be required for students, but they are recommended. Parent transportation for students to and from school is highly encouraged if possible, but please keep in mind that the school building will not be open until 7:30AM. Also, learning packets can be dropped off tomorrow any time between 8:00AM-8:00PM. Tables will be set up in front of the school with boxes for each grade level.

Learning packet pick-up is tomorrow, 8:00AM-5:00PM, at the front entrance of the school. Please use the parent pick-up lanes and remain in your vehicle. Thank you!

Distance Learning plans will be implemented for the first two weeks of school. Teachers will be contacting parents and students to describe the procedures we will follow during this time.
